Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent Outlet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Outlet is an AI agent marketplace where users can discover, try, and subscribe to automated AI agents that connect to business tools like Gmail and Google Sheets. Users can also build and publish their own agents.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

4. Free Trials and Subscriptions

• Each agent offers 2 free trial runs per user. No credit card is required for free runs.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

5. Plan Tiers

• Free: 2 trial runs per agent, 1 custom agent.
• Pro ($25/month): Unlimited agent runs, up to 5 custom agents, integrations.
• Creator ($49/month): Everything in Pro, unlimited custom agents, marketplace publishing, 70% revenue share.

6. Creator Revenue Share

Creators who publish agents to the marketplace earn 70% of subscription revenue generated by their agents. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe. Agent Outlet retains 30% as a platform fee to cover infrastructure, AI costs, and payment processing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Send spam, phishing, or harmful content through agents
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Create agents that violate the rights of others
• Overload the Service with excessive automated requests

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create using Agent Outlet, including agent outputs and custom agent configurations. Agent Outlet retains ownership of the platform, software, and pre-built agent templates.

9. Limitation of Liability

Agent Outlet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
